Refund Policy

At Eduk8agentic, we want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy outlines our refund terms for each programme tier.
1. Cohort Courses
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrolment. If you have accessed more than 25% of the course materials, refunds are at our discretion.
2. Self-Paced Courses
14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, provided you have accessed no more than 25% of the materials.
3. One-to-One Coaching
Full refund available if requested before your first session. After sessions begin, a pro-rata refund is available minus a 10% administration fee.
4. Leadership Multiplier (Executive)
Custom terms apply as agreed in your service contract. In the absence of a custom agreement, default cohort refund terms apply.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email learn@eduk8agentic.com with your name, email address, course name, and reason for the request. Refund requests are processed within 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Refunds are not available: after 14 days and more than 25% of content has been accessed, if your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service, or if you have previously received a refund for the same course.
7. Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
